This simple recipe is fresh and flavorful with our Roasted Red Pepper Bruschetta. It’s a perfect lunchtime meal or addition to an evening meal.
Burrata & Bruschetta
- 1 jar Pickerfresh Bruschetta
- 4 small Burratas
- 3 cups Arugula
- 2 tbsp Pine Nuts
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Salt & Pepper
- Toast pine nuts in a small pan for 2 minutes.
- Arrange arugula on the serving plate, leaving the center empty.
- Spread Pickerfresh bruschetta in the center.
- Place burratas and spread pine nuts on top.
- Season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
