Burrata & Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Pickerfresh Bruschetta
  • 4 small Burratas
  • 3 cups Arugula
  • 2 tbsp Pine Nuts
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Toast pine nuts in a small pan for 2 minutes.
  • Arrange arugula on the serving plate, leaving the center empty.
  • Spread Pickerfresh bruschetta in the center.
  • Place burratas and spread pine nuts on top.
  • Season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
