Ingredients

Pickerfresh Dill Spears
1 onion, diced
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt
- 4 slices of American cheese
- Egg roll wrappers
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
Directions
Prepare your ingredients by dicing 2-3 Pickerfresh Dill Spears and set them aside in a bowl.
- Dice your onion and sauté in a pan until caramelized.
- Add the beef, season with salt & cook until browned.
- Layer slices of cheese over top to melt a bit.
- Stir the cheese into the beef until evenly distributed.
- In a small bowl prepare the ketchup/mayo sauce, combine 1/3 cup ketchup with 1/3 cup mayo and mix well.
- Add a scoop of the mixture, some diced pickles and a bit of the ketchup/mayo sauce to an egg roll wrapper, one at a time.
- Fold the bottom edge of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly to seal.
- Fry the egg rolls in oil until golden-brown (about 2 minutes each side)
