Dice the sun dried tomatoes (about 1/4 cup) and combine with cream cheese, dried basil, oregano, garlic + onion powder, pinch of red pepper flakes and salt + pepper to taste.
Mix all together & let it chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
Top with more sun dried tomatoes and a little drizzle of the oil from the jar.
