Let’s make a Schär and Pickerfresh Chopped Italian Sandwich!
Ingredients

Pickerfresh Banana Peppers
- Schär Gluten-Free Baguette
- Little Leaf Farms Lettuce
- Tomato
- Red Onion
- Salami
- Provolone
- Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice
- Mayo
Directions
We sliced our Schär baguette lightly down the center.
For the sandwich ingredients, add lettuce, tomato, red onion, salami, provolone, and Pickerfresh Banana Peppers onto a cutting board and chop your ingredients.
Then, add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and mayo onto your chopped ingredients.
Add your chopped mix onto your Schär Gluten-Free Baguette and slice in half.
